M4 Organic is a Nigerian agro-export company. We source, pack and ship premium produce from the heart of Africa's fertile lands to markets around the world.
Where we come from
We started with the soil.
M4 Organic has spent over 10 years working the length of the Nigerian food chain, from smallholder farms in Akwa Ibom to packed, labelled pallets ready for export. What began as a trading operation is now a facility in Eket that sources, sorts, processes and packs three product lines under one roof.
We are more than a food business. We are storytellers of African tradition, stewards of sustainability and champions of quality. Every product we handle is selected with care, processed with precision and packed with pride, because customer satisfaction is not just a goal, it is our standard.

Bisi Abu
With a Master's degree in Business Administration and Information Technology, Bisi brings over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience and a lifetime of business acumen, having grown up in a family of business owners. A seasoned leader and board member for several companies, Bisi is driven by a deep passion for organic, high-quality and trustworthy agricultural products, combining technical expertise and business insight to champion sustainable and reliable solutions in the agricultural sector.
Rachel Dalley
Rachel holds an MBA and a BSc in Marketing, bringing over a decade of expertise in relationship management and business development. Known for a results-driven approach and versatility, she has a proven track record of strengthening client relationships, boosting revenue and elevating brand presence. Beyond the boardroom, Rachel is a gifted caterer with a deep appreciation for rich, organic agricultural products, which she skilfully transforms into authentic, high-quality cuisine.
Mo Lawani
Mo is a results-driven professional with a background in financial services, with expertise in risk management, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. She holds a Master's degree in Managerial Psychology, providing insight into leadership and organisational effectiveness. With a lifelong passion for agriculture rooted in early experiences on her family's farm, Mo has applied her corporate expertise to agribusiness, co-founding a successful fish farming venture and gaining hands-on experience in production, logistics and supply chain management.
